With strong performance of RCAS in the last 2 years (2021-2022), 2023 was particularly tough as the team needed to continue the momentum and surpass previous highs (topline and bottomline). Given this, the team had to challenge themselves to think of ways on how to further improve engagements and programs to deliver better and bolder results which led them to exceed 2023 target performance through several business initiatives:
Displayed strong collaboration with key partners to ensure successful launch our NPD-- Solmux Advance Suspension (Haloing on Total Solmux); working with them for consumer engagement all the way to trade executions
Challenged the status quo by actively pursuing test and learns to improve various consumer engagements.
